The NFL really has some explaining to do when there’s more hand-on-hand combat in everyone’s favorite Upper East Side TiVo-chronicle, than there is on the field of a Monday Night Football game.
The Cowboys took the Eagles in a 41-37 victory. Felix Jones’ 98 yard return for a touchdown wasn’t anything to shake Lord Marcus’ fist at, and Marion Barber’s goal line touchdown solidified his reign as the #1 One Yard Touchdown Scorer in the NFL (as vague a title as only American sports can offer up).
But as the NFL and Gossip Girl continue to run parallel lives, this really was the first great Monday Night Football game of the season.
Anyway back to fighting…
